Say “no wait, 480” right after, or reply to any earlier confirmation to edit that entry. No forms, no edit screens. The entry is updated, never duplicated, and the history is kept.
A correction also teaches the filing: correct “swiggy” to Groceries and the next swiggy lands there, until you say otherwise.

What Jirvo does on WhatsApp, exactly.
It does
- Logs a spend, an income or an investment from text, a voice note or a receipt photo
- Confirms each entry in one line, and says why when it filed something unexpectedly
- Corrects an entry when you reply to it, or say so right after
- Asks a short question when it is unsure, and hears the answer
- Deletes a stored identifier when you say “forget my UPI id”
- Sends the weekly summary on Sunday evening and the monthly report on the 1st
- Sends the reminders you set from the web app, at the times you set
It does not
- No open-ended chat, search, drafting or trip planning on WhatsApp
- No payments, no bank logins, no moving money
- No reading of your other messages or your inbox
- Never speaks a stored identifier back in chat

How the rest of the house joins
- Invite from Settings, Members. A link, sent however you like.
- They open it and create a login. Two minutes, on the phone they are holding.
- They verify their WhatsApp number. From then on their messages land in the same ledger, attributed to them.
